You will also have to focus on being fit and the key to this is to have proper rest because your body will really need to recover your energy. Being fit and healthy will mean you have to change your lifestyle into a more active and healthy one. If you are having a really lazy lifestyle, you should really think about getting a more active lifestyle and start exercising.
