Allowing Nature to Take the Driver’s Seat

Nature really knows what it is doing. Look around for the answer. Ants are a great example where nature is trying to do its thing. They surely do a great job. Each ant has its role depending on its rank. Each ant knows what their job is. Ants are able to work without having to be told so. Unlike humans, ants don’t suffer from existential problems. Having problems are something humans are known for. Before things got complicated, we knew what we have to do. Yet, our modern life have pushed us at a loss. Of course, we can debate this to no end. For all we care, we can debate why Eve went against nature. We gain challenges in the way because we ceased to listen to nature.

As we go along, we can apply this idea to various facets of life. Let’s take a closer look of our health. Our bodies work on its own without any direct supervision coming from us. Our lungs breathe, hearts beat and organs function on their own. In a way, nature has a hold over them and our lives that way. We have tried to dictate what our bodies should be doing, and we have failed miserably.

It is no secret, we have become unhealthier than ever. Medicine is better today and it makes no sense why many people are getting sicker. We have to admit, we are dying younger. The thing is preventable death or diseases are on the rise like obesity. We face a puzzle on why we aren’t able to solve these problems. Nature has been neglected and it is something that we have to look at. We try to command our bodies and veer away from what nature dictates. We need to go back to the fact there is a link between mind and body. The things we do to our bodies may not be the right thing to do and we need to figure things out. We see today, the results are far from what we want.

We are now letting ourselves override nature and it is something that has a profound negative impact to our health. We don’t let our bodies have a say on our health. Diet is something we do because it is a nice idea, but not because it is good. This could be the reason why we always fail in our fitness goals. We sometimes neglect our health to the point it run a lot of risks. If the body is sore, it is trying to tell you that it is enough.

Stop the problem by listening back to nature by doing nothing. Allow nature to take its course. Nature will tell you if the body needs something like weight loss cleanse.
